It is me eating my way around Christchurch and telling people exactly where to go.

That is the whole thing. If somewhere is good, I say so, I say what to order, and I say where it is. No secret list, no "DM me for the location". People follow the page because it hands them a plan for Saturday, and that only works if I actually tell them.

A year of posting has taught me what my videos are. I know the shots that hold, the pace that works, the kind of place that lands and the kind that does not. That took a year to find out, and it is the part you are really hiring.
