Deleting your information.
How to remove the information LOL Comment Replies, or anything else on zazi.lol, holds about you. What is collected in the first place is on the privacy page.
If you commented on a post
Email me with your Instagram username, and the account you commented on if you know it. I will delete every comment record and follow-up note with your username and email you to confirm, within 20 working days.
If you also want a reply the tool posted under your comment taken down, say so and I will remove it from Instagram as well.
You don't have to do anything about old records. They are deleted automatically after 90 days. Your comment itself lives on Instagram, so deleting that is up to you, in the Instagram app.
If your Instagram account is connected
Remove LOL Comment Replies in Instagram's settings, under apps and websites, or email me. Once it is removed, the tool can no longer read or reply on your account.
Email me as well and I will delete the stored access and every record from your account, and confirm, within 20 working days.
Anything else
For review notes, meeting transcripts or emails, write to me and say what you would like removed. Same 20 working days.
