zazi.lolBook a meeting

03 / One craft, three ways

Your content, socials and ads, run on a plan. And the systems underneath, if the business needs them.

Book a meeting

Logic over luck.

A month. Every video with a job.

Same cards, same videos. The difference is that these ones know what they are for.

01 / How it goes

Three steps.
In that order.

  1. The meeting.

We sit down and work out what your business actually needs more of. Not followers. Bookings, catering, covers, orders, whatever the real number is.

  2. The plan, for your approval.

I come back with a month built on three or four things your business needs people to know. Every video has a job before anything is filmed. You sign it off, or we change it.

  3. We make it, and we run it.

Filmed in batches, written, posted, answered, advertised and reported on. You see what worked every month and judge whether I am doing the job.

Plan itWrite itFilm it in batchesPost itAnswer itAdvertise itReport it

That is how every client I run is run. The meeting decides the pillars, the plan decides the videos, and nothing gets filmed without a reason. The details of your plan are for the meeting, not for a web page.

02 / Two ways to work with me

Monthly, or a share.

The retainer

I run your content, socials and ads.

  • Three month minimum.

Content takes six to eight weeks to show anything real. I would rather not take one month off you and have neither of us learn anything.

  • Priced monthly, not per video.

The planning is where the value is, and you cannot buy that by the video.

  • You own all of it.

Your accounts, your ad account, your files, your audience. If we ever stop working together you keep the lot.

The partnership

I build and run your online shop, and take a share of what it sells.

  • No monthly fee.

I build the store, I run it, and I get paid a percentage of what it sells online. If it does not sell, I do not get paid, so I only offer this where I think it will.

  • Built for a product people already buy from you.

It works best when customers are already asking how to buy online and the answer is currently "you can't".

  • Still yours.

Your store, your customers, your money coming in first. The percentage and how it is counted are written down before anything goes live.

03 / Being found

Search,
while we are at it.

Every dot on the map is a spot in Christchurch. The number is where Grumpy's Donuts ranked when somebody standing on that spot searched for donuts.

Before: sevens, elevens, fifteens. After: ones. Grumpy's became the highest ranking donut shop in the city, and I did not touch the donuts.

That is SEO, and it is quieter than the videos. It is also the thing people already know they want, so if your shop is invisible on the map, it comes in the plan.

Grumpy's Donuts, Christchurch.Local rank for "donuts", by location.

04 / Receipts

It is called Logic
Over Luck for a reason.

5c

To get a profile visit.

On a client account. Not luck. More attention for the same ad budget.

2.5×

More out of the same spend.

The same ads, restructured into one campaign instead of several.

247K

Views on a choir rehearsal.

Christchurch Youth Choir. Two phones, two angles, a format I knew worked before I filmed it. Watch it

18

Vendors, about 10 minutes.

A whole market invoiced from a phone, on a system I built.

Real numbers from real accounts. Ask and I'll show you.

And the part underneath

Sometimes the content is not the problem. Sometimes the business is being run out of a spreadsheet, three group chats and somebody's memory. Sydenham Markets runs on a system I built: vendors apply on the site, get placed on a drag and drop floor plan, and the whole market gets invoiced from a phone. If your business has a version of that problem, I can build the tool for it.

05 / Your next move

What do you
want more of?

Tell me what the business is and what more of it would look like. We meet, I listen, and then I come back with a plan. The plan is the meeting, not the web page.

hi@zazi.lol, or 021 023 36699 if you would rather call.

The other two ways

One craft.
Two more ways.

All of it, from the top
