What I collect, and what I do with it.

If you are just visiting

There is no analytics, no advertising pixel and no tracking cookie on zazi.lol. The fonts come from zazi.lol itself, not from Google.

The site is hosted by Vercel. Like any web host, Vercel handles your IP address and browser details to deliver the page and keep the service running.

If you email me, I keep your email so I can reply to it.

Comments on Instagram accounts I manage

I run social media for some businesses. With the owner's permission, LOL Comment Replies answers comments on that business's Instagram posts. It connects through Instagram's official API, and only to accounts whose owner has logged in and approved it.

Once a day it reads the comments from the last 14 days on that account's posts. For each comment it keeps:

• your Instagram username and the ID Instagram gives your account
• what you wrote, when, and which post it was on
• the reply it posted, if it posted one

Simple comments get a short public reply from the business's account, like an emoji or a few words. Anything that needs a real answer, such as a question about prices or a complaint, is never answered automatically. It becomes a note for a person to follow up.

To sort the comments and write the short replies, the text of each comment is sent to Groq, an AI service in the United States. The records are stored in my private database with Supabase, in Sydney, Australia.

Comment records are deleted automatically after 90 days. Follow-up notes are deleted once they have been dealt with and are 90 days old.

The tool does not read your profile, your followers, your messages or anything you post elsewhere, and it never sends direct messages.

Video review links

I share video drafts through links to zazi.lol/review. If you open one and leave notes, the name you type and your notes are stored in my Supabase database in Sydney. Anyone with the same link can see the notes on that video.

Your browser also keeps your name, so you don't have to type it again, and a key that lets you delete your own notes from that device while they are still open.

Meetings I record

I record some meetings with my own app, Minutes. If you are in one, the audio is sent to Groq to be turned into text, and the transcript and a written summary are stored in my Supabase database. The recording itself stays on the phone that made it. Meetings for Cerebria are kept by Cerebria Group Limited, not here.

Transcripts are kept until I delete them. Ask, and I will delete any meeting you were in.

I don't sell personal information, and I don't use it for advertising. The database is private and only I can sign in to it.

Seeing, fixing or deleting it

Under New Zealand's Privacy Act 2020 you can ask to see the personal information I hold about you, and ask me to correct it. Email hi@zazi.lol and I will answer within 20 working days.

To have it deleted, follow the steps on the data deletion page.

If you are unhappy with how I have handled your information, you can complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner at privacy.org.nz or on 0800 803 909.
